By accessing or using the services provided by Bright Minds Photography ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services:

We provide daycare and preschool photography services, portrait sessions, event photography, and custom website design for daycares. All services are subject to availability.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

• Late orders (after 48 hours) are subject to a 15% price increase.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your prints or digital images, please contact us within 7 days so we can address the concern.

Image Usage:

We reserve the right to use photographs taken during sessions for promotional materials (including website, social media, and print) unless the client submits a written request to opt out.

Client Responsibilities:

Parents are responsible for reviewing and selecting images within the ordering window. Daycares are responsible for providing accurate scheduling and communication support for Picture Day.

Limitation of Liability:

Bright Minds Photography is not liable for loss, damage, or failure of delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including acts of nature or third-party service issues.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
